Paying subscribers are additionally bound by the SaaS Subscription Agreement (and, for cloud-hosted deployments, the SLA and DPA). Enterprise engagements use the MSA plus signed SOWs.

SaaS + Consulting Agreement

Single contract for customers acquiring both a NextWave subscription and Island Pitch professional services (Crew Members, Work Orders, hourly rates). Built on Island Pitch's General Service Agreement positions: Net 15 payment, $50K non-solicit minimum, 10-day acceptance window, work-made-for-hire on custom deliverables.
